The exhibition held at the Banco do Brasil Cultural Center in Brasilia in 2014 allowed the public to discover and know details of the Cerrado, a fascinating biome present in 11 Brazilian states. The initiative of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, the Museum of Science and Technology of Brasilia and the University of Brasilia brought together natural collections, information and curiosities. The exhibition, accompanied by the educational program, focused on arousing interest for the conservation of the biome, which suffers great pressure from degradation and deforestation. Concomitantly with the exhibition, a fair of ecosocial products took place, as well as lectures and workshops.
